Privacy Policy
Effective date: 03.10.2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the following applications published by Hermit Hollow:
- Endless Roll
- Street Takoyaki
Information We Collect
We do not collect, store, or share personal information from users ourselves. The games do not require account registration and we do not collect names, email addresses, or other personally identifiable information.
Advertising
Street Takoyaki displays advertising on Android through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). Endless Roll and the Steam version of Street Takoyaki do not display advertising.
For ad-supported builds, Google and its partners may collect and process:
- device and advertising identifiers
- IP address
- approximate location derived from IP address or device signals
- device information
- app interaction data, such as ad views and clicks
- diagnostics and performance data
This data may be used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, support analytics and diagnostics, and meet legal obligations.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Consent and Choices
Where consent is required, such as in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, Street Takoyaki on Android presents privacy and consent choices through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized advertising is shown. You can revisit these choices from within the app at any time.
You can also opt out of personalized advertising in your device's ad settings: adssettings.google.com
Purchases
Street Takoyaki offers an optional one-time in-app purchase on Android to remove ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details.
Purchases and platform services on Steam are handled by Valve under the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's privacy policy.
System Services
The applications may use standard Android system services required for the games to function properly. No personal data is transmitted to us as the developer.
Data Retention
We do not hold personal data on our own systems, so there is no developer-held data to retain. Third-party services such as Google AdMob retain data according to their own retention policies, described in Google's privacy documentation.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests concerning advertising data should be directed to Google. You are welcome to contact us and we will assist where we can.
Children's Privacy
Our applications are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our applications, contact us so we can act on it.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our applications after an update means you accept the revised policy.
